Would it be possible to do the same while using an ACOG sight?

I've looked through the list of dvars and tried to set which ever seemed logic to 0, however without any luck.

For some reason sway is ridiculously high on snipers compared to Assault Rifles, both using ACOG sight.

Hoping someone will be able to shed some light upon my issue here.
