fixed out of memory problem
V3 is very stable!! added turn off stopping power!

square selects mod(so you can use the menu while dead)
stopping power wont work(so people cant kill you if there using stopping power)
took out unlock all and 11 prestige

To make yourself 11th prestige, unlock all, level 70, scroeboards you need to go into Multiplayer then backout to Splitscreen then back into Multiplayer.
