Well that means you are uusing a integrated video card. You need to buy a dedicated video card to run MW2.
But for the most part yes, you need a dedicated graphics card, A high series 7xxx card would work, or if you have money to spare I'd look at an 8600 gt, I think there only $90?

yeah ive just googled it and yes ur right thanks so much im trying to install it on my laptop now to see what happens
