reason:IW removed certain reliable commands from the list after the so called "unlimited ac130 ammo" hack on pc,they released an update for consoles because they didnt want another effect like that to happen again.common,there game was hacked in the first 4 hours!,that explains everything.
after effect: they have removed most of the commands from the list because there was certain versions of the game,if your playing on the pc version,only certain commands will dump,others will not,each platform(ps3,xbox,pc)has different commands but some are still the same.
sorry for the rushing,im on my mobile :p

i cant think atm but its either of these:
-allows voice chat to gain public or team access
-allows say text to be sent to everyone or self team.

you could do that if you could iso mod mw2 and add the gsc's into the common_mp.ff cuz then you would have a way to route it but if you just put like 'exec mods.gsc' it wouldnt be able to find the mods.gsc anywhere because the starting directory is the common_mp.ff
