if you have that many members and you only need to get 15 kills to be considered "good." then that means you need to raise your standards and trials. like instead of doing 1v1s where all they do is spawn kill have them split into teams play HQ. have the winning team do a FFA Rust or any map and take the top 2 players and have them 1v1 eachother with radar off. then the winner joins. for the losing team have them do the same thing. thatll help actually decide the "good" from the "best" players.
