I wanted to use it but from my hours of searching i cant find it anymore. Could someone put a link to the patch

There aren't any unlock all infection patches period.

I haven't seen any infection patches that haven't been closed in a few minutes, so there isn't one.
But it's just this:

xbl_online is wrong I think.

It's already released, and people don't really check the questions section.
