i want that every body joins my game get the clantag and the message
and i want that when i play online that to everybody gets this stuff

Not from joining your lobby, but you can do it from the infection thing. You must login or register to view this content.

Just use

    set clanname blah; set motd ^1blah

for message of the day, and clan tag.
