To use the infection:

Join my lobby then back out to splitscreen
Create or Load an Offline Profile
Continue to the splitscreen lobby
Go to Game Setup and turn PSN UNLOCKS on
Start Game
Itll bring you back, Start again
Finally quit game and go back online and your 11th prestige level 70
