install the awesome file manager or FTP server (i would prefer compegenies awesome file manager because u can use a usb device) then run file manager and copy ur modded Patch from ur usb device to dev_hdd0/game/"ur bles or blus from MW2"/USDIR/"HERE"
Edit Mw2 Patches: Download ff.viewer and BuC-Shotz MW2 Patch Converter then run Patch converter and choose ur Patch which u want to edit. Click "Ps3 to Xbox" (if its a ps3 patch). Drag and Drop the new Patch which is called "ps3-to-xbox-patch_mp" to ur Destkop. Then open ff.viewer... Now Drag and Drop ur Patch from Destkop into the ff.viewer.
Now u can edit it

I'm having problems with editing the patch
I did what u instructed above ^ but it says error array out of bound or something like that?
Im sure its an xbox patch and can u tell me what I have to do after I have opened it because I have made my mod menu but I dont know where to put it let alone open the patch lol

Just copy and paste ur Mod menu to buttons_default.cfg
