Please read a majority of the thread.
The main patch is in the default buttons setting. Go through the menu with DPAD_DOWN. The tactical menu has four simple dpad binds, and aim assist. The default menu has everything except aim assist. Both menus have infections. My aim assist can't really be toggled through a menu.
To use an infection, just select the option from the main menu and end the game, try not to have more than 10 people for the infections that have more codes.

I completely took out my name from the patch, advertising through say messages is gay. I only left {jp} clantags, seems reasonable.

The infections:

• 11th prestige/insane stats
  
• 9th prestige
  
• Max stats (2147483647 for kills/score/wins)
  
• Derank (prestige/kills)
  
• Infections (wallhack, super steady aim, and super sleight of hand)

The actual menu has all the useful things: basic mods, large/medium XP, the best say messages, lean left and right, anti join, etc. This is my newest update.

this patch from scratch ,, used no ones menu's or anything ??

Thing I love about this is patch is, its so diffrent to others and you've just started!!! Amazing man, ive tested it and its really good but I would love the aim assist to be on the default menu
