I use both cambell and efthy patches daily so I can't remember exact specifics on each patch *but here's a few suggestions off the top of my head
Disable stun/flash grenades. Few other patches have this, it's awesome.
Change class/team doesn't work for me :/
Maybe add "Long game" option. Like 30-60 minute game or something?
In game mode, can't switch to sabotage. Sucks when I host a sabotage game, it switches to FFA, and have to switch to the next best thing: Team Deathmatch
In kick menu, maybe add dump client info. If I understand, this gives the users names instead of having to guess who to kick.
Why aren't DLC maps included in map selections?*
Infections: fast reload, (efthy)Cheaters pack, (cambell) nuke/good cp, aim assist, wall hack, laser, fast heartbeat, See names through walls. I know UAV isn't happening but I figure these aren't unreasonable?

i could easily add sab in there for you, if thats what your interested in.. that takes like 10 seconds to add. To add to this, our menus function the same way (R3 and Select)..creds to efthy for that one.. but they are organised completely different. I also play a lot of search and destroy, which is why i added a search and destroy menu (something which no other patch has). As for the infections i focused only on the super pro perks and some other little additions (FPS, Laser..etc). Efthy has similar infections but he also added a super jump infection. I also have the 0-11 prestige infections, which really are not needed (not many people want 1-6).

i tried your lobby its good for SnD and yea he was frozen to but he said he made it himself lol but when he froze us a message popped but your patch when i froze o message popped up

haha
and the message you saw when you got frozen would have just been a simple say command that he must have added to the code, nothing special but most people dont like a message popping up saying what they've just done
