Post: Spec-Ops Binds with USB

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm sure many of you have wondered if Spec-Ops USB Binds are possible. I wondered this same thing. Apparently, you can't get it via activeAction(like you could in WaW XBox) but you can get it via the recent mapname hack that was found. This is a bit different, though(different dvar).

Tools:
USB
Unkn0wn's CVAR Tool
2nd Controller/Spec-Ops Online Partner(2nd Controller is easiest)

Steps:
Get your savegame.svg on your PC
Open the svg in Unkn0wn's CVAR Tool
Add the dvar coop_mapname with the VALUE of
    so_showers_gulag;bind BUTTON_BACK vstr mods1

After doing so, add more dvars, such as mods1, and put the value as whatever binds you want. It's almost like setting up a cfg. I have this for mine
    coop_mapname | so_showers_gulag;bind BUTTON_BACK vstr cats1
cats1 | bind DPAD_UP noclip;vstr cats2
cats2 | bind DPAD_DOWN god;vstr cats3
cats3 | bind DPAD_LEFT give DefaultWeapon;vstr cats4
cats4 | bind DPAD_RIGHT notarget;vstr cats5
cats5 | bind BUTTON_RTRIG "+attack;give ammo"


I do NOT advise using:
Give All(broken in MW2, no guns have ammo and other glitches)
Any Dvars(the game doesn't sync any dvars but timescale, that's fine to use)
Dropweapon(if you press it while you have no weapon the game errors)
Developer mode(lags terribly online - offline is fine)

I do advise using:
Give Weapon(a single weapon is fine)
Notarget
Noclip
Godmode
Setviewpos
UFO
Give ac130_105mm(LOL can you guess what this does in the Overwatch mission)

These are all very fun and entertaining things to use in Spec-Ops. I'm currently looking for the blackhawk minigun for that mission involving the blackhawk helicopter, and I'm also looking for the AGM Missile for Sniper-Fi. Being able to find and use these would be pretty epic.

He didn't, There are two files in my program. The GUI (.exe) and the Code (.DLL). He doesn't actually know the algorithm or anything about how it works. He has just copy and pasted my DLL and used that in his program.

If you didn't know, most of his 'ideas' were actually rip-offs of mine.

Yeah, it would work on SP, but not MP.
