1) With a lower .pup system update, like...3.55, if you have it, you CAN'T downgrade to it, right?
2) If you turn off the internet and everything streaming into your ps3 (media servers), is it possible to Restore, then use your .pup and a flashdrive to update to whatever update?
3)If I am currently on 3.61, is there a possible way to make a ps3 a lower firmware that currently on it?

I'm 95% positive on these answers, but that last 5% I just need to reassure myself before I start to do anything.
