either bypass and go into a match on free for all and you will get all unlock lvl 70 straight away or you can download my patch free if you want any then reply back to this thread and ill either tell you the download for the patch or give you a tutorial on how to do the bypass

First you need to Jailbreak and bypass mw2 and your set to hack!
Or are you asking for a CL, because you cannot do that.

if you wanted to bypass you could do it easily by going on resistance fall of man
go on story
new game
shoot a few bullets
press start
then click save and quit hover over yes
press the ps button
eject disc for resistance (not quitting the game)
insert mw2 disc
click on the mw2 disc
then press yes on the save and quite
then you have bypassed
go onto free for all
and get a challenge lobby free

no such thing at the moment

there ent 3.61jb lowest is 3.55....and yh what ur looking for is a modded/challenge lobby they're still availible just not as good as derektrotter and elitemosseys but by bypassing im sure u still can host the old ones
