Well, is your friends, or whoever using the SAME patch blocker as you?? As far as default_mp.self, I'm not sure about that.

If you want them to join you they need to go to game data utility and then delete there mw2 data and use a patch blocker

if you want your friends to join, or anyone for that matter, they gotta bypass, theres 2 ways, 1. using RFOM, 2. deleting theyre mw2 gamedata and using patch blocker.
deleting the default_mp.self bypasses you, you'll be on the same servers as the people bypassing with RFOM and patch blocker, 1.04
