When i hit Triangle over it, it says "open, delete, Group Content" etc. etc. etc. Can someone please help???? I need this BAD!!!

Firstly, delete all of your MW2 patch-related data. Do this in the cleanest and quickest manner through Game Data Utility under Game on the XMB.

Next install the 1.11 patch PKG. Now replace the patch_mp.ff with whatever modded patch you want to use, and do whatever else you were intending to do. The game shouldn't black-screen.

Also, I'm moving this to the MW2 hacking questions section, as you're more likely to find an appropriate answer there :bro:

I deleted the MW2 patch. I installed the mw2 1.11 pkg file. I started MW2. it said "would you like to install the new patch?" or something like that. I had to. What did i do wrong?

And also, What is the BLUS number for the pkg file??? if i knew that, i could probably figure it out

you have to delete default_mp.self

That means you're connected to the internet if you want 2 bypass just data transfer and use patch blocker if not use a 1.12 patch

Or use one with no checks..

deleting all default_mp at once still asks for a update. :p

then you are deleting the wrong one then
