Perfectly balanced and well balanced are two different things, but they're are obviously some good guns and very bad guns in Modern Warfare 2. In general though, I think they are decently balanced, it's just that they all kill WAY too fast. Here are some definite weapon balancing imperfections:

I agree that they are decent ally balanced, in fact the balancing on mw2 Is one of the reasons why I switched back to it from blackops, on mw2 I can do good with any gun but on blops only certain guns were good, and btw if you think the guns kill to fast u wnt like mw3

There has been zero weapon stats released for MW3. The only thing you can go by is 402's tweets that say MW3 will be high paced, high weapon damage action. So how can you judge whether not I will like MW3?

My opinion was that MW2 guns killed too fast, not that it was game breaking for me. I liked MW2 for the most part. The only thing that bothered me was the noob tubes, OMA, commando, MLC, and various other things.

And for the fact that they never provided updates or supported their game.

I agree that I shouldn't have said u wnt like the game and appoligise for that.. But the high weapon damage does suggest.... Well high powered weapons

nopee not really ahah someover powered guns, but i reckon black ops is worse

I don't think so because the SCAR-H and UMP-45 are overpowered in my opinion.
