You won't get banned if it's just single player mods if it's a 15th hack though I'm not sure if you can avoid it sometimes you get lucky though

There's an EBOOT trick in either premium or private premium, not sure.

When you kick someone, they can re-join, and I think it's the same for banning people. You could always test it out
