First get a working ps3 on fw 3.55 or less
2nd if on 3.55 upgrade it to 3.55cfw (e.g) geohots, kemeaw
3rd after installing cfw get a filemanager on your usb (e.g) comgienes
4th find a patch and put it on your usb
5th overwrite the orignal one in the file manager while on your ps3

Looks like you're trying to login on 3.55
You want to install 3.55 cfw then a filemanager to transfer the patch for your region to the game directory
Then do a data transfer to the ps3 on 3.66
Make sure you're using a 1.12 patch though

the 3.55 PS3 will not actually sign in, it just transfers data across really so you need the 3.66 (latest fw) to actually play/host
