Anyway, to get a 1.12 patch online do you just drag and drop like 1.11? or do you have to update mw2 to the 1.12 patch on the jailbroken ps3 and replace that patch with the modded one?

Assuming you have a 3.55 ps3, just replace the 1.11 patch with the 1.12 you want then data transfer

yes simply that's all. drag and drop like you would do for 1.11 except with the 1.12 Patch.
