i make a patch but i've got a probleme when i convert my patch ps3 to xbox i've got only 19 .cfg posible but when i edit a patch there are more .cfg posible so how to add more cfg in patch thank

no my probleme is:
i rename .gsc to .cfg with ps3 fastfile editor but when i convert ive just 19 .cfg or when i rename is there more .gsc how to add more .gsc

ok but im on xp its the probleme???

If you want more .gsc then use the old 1.11 patches and edit those because you can do that and it works.
