you need a jailbroken or cfw 3.55 ps3

No sorry you can't. You need a 3.55 cfw ps3 and after you put a patch on the 3.55 then you need to data transfer to your 3.66/3.70 ps3 and it will work. If you have a friend that has a 3.55 cfw ps3, ask him to borrow it.
