The patch im using atm every time i die the promod look goes away

BLUS00683 is the same as BLUS30377. Just load it onto your PS3 and it should work just fine. If you convert it again when it's already the same format then it will give you a blackscreen/error. If it still doesn't work then download this one here because I made a few changes: You must login or register to view this content.
Just download it and FTP it directly to your MW2 patch_mp folder.
