"Unhandeld exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, The application will close immediately."

I click continue. It only gives me the port number but not the IP Adress. I run CMD and I find out what my IP is. when i enter the ip and i click "Start blocking", it gives me the same error. I click continue. It keeps on saying the same thing again and again . I try re-downloading it and it reapets the problem each time. Does some one have a solution to this problem?
