lol are yu serious dude? its a person with a mod menu. i have a 1.12 patch and i'm able to use it in public match even if i'm not host you just go to chat menu and there is a list of sentences yu can enter from it, and it will appear on everyones screen.

not all the time its a mod menu its an infection like prestige hacks that stick so when they press select the annoying spam comes out

It's infections bro, if you join someone with the right infections on, you will get these stuck to you, sometimes they come with other effects such as your UAV being online at all times and things like that (There since everybody else had a shit reply.) :happycry:

When you was in a CL or in a infection lobby then you can press select and there will be a text in the middle left.

I had this infection and you click select and it spams the top left corner ... TOP TIP: Join someones session who is doing game battles or clan matches and spam the fu ck out of the try hards =D
