This youtube video says his hacks work on 3.70 but I suspect he is just trying to get people to answer his surveys.. Anyone with any experience care to help me?

Those mods do work on 3.70. You will just need to do a bypass in order for it to work. It's just a 1.11 patch in a bypassed lobby.

Is a bypass something that runs the 1.11 version of mw2 instead of the 1.12?

Does that mean i could install this hack on my brand new 3.70 ps3 .... bypass 1.12 mw2 and do what this guy in the video does?

Sorry for being a noob this is the only place I have found where I can start to learn.

In order for you to host a modded lobby you would need 2 PS3s. One would have to be on custom firmware 3.55 or lower and the other would be a 3.70 (or most current firmware version) OR you could have someone local to you do a data transfer.

If you want to bypass then please google or search on these forums "MW2 Bypass".

There is no jailbreak for 3.70.
