No. You can only get it as an infection from someone who already has it or you need the modded patch on your ps3.

You need a jailbroken PS3. Put FTP Server on it and find your MW2 patch (look on the web for where it is in ur hdd). Then download a modified patch and replace it. Now data transfer to your current firmware PS3 and play.

lol, u need 2 ps3's. one running a jailbreak and one running the newest firmware. but im guessing u only have one ps3
