So far so good. I've had no glitches from the patch in the past 24hours, it's an amazing patch.
But if I might say you're missing one thing to make it one of the best: you should make your moddels more powerfull and make it so that the user runs faster ( like the one in xFLAMeHD_'s V7

This is only a test, alot of the mods aren't binded properly so they won't work so I don't suggest playing online with it

I played with it online... it was good , there wasn't that many problems however I can't point out things that might need fixing if you wish:
- such as when you die , if you activate the menu you're stuck with the vision and you can't access any of the functions...
