ohh you want to put a challenge lobby into your ps3 and play it ok... i'll help tell me what you have so far

1. Download and install the game data for the games you'd like to hack.
2. Download and install Comgenie's Awesome File Manager: You must login or register to view this content.
3. Download whatever modded patches you'd like for the games.
4. Place them on a USB Drive, plug into the PS3.
5. Run Comgenie's FM.
6a. Open folders dev_hdd0 -> game
6b. BLUS30377 -> usrdata (For MW2)
6c. BLUS30072 -> usrdata (For CoD4)
6d. BLUS30192 -> english (For W@W)
7. Go over to the other column in the File Manager
8. Go down to dev_usb--- (- indicates USB slot the drive is in)
9. Find your patch_mp.ff on your USB stick
10. Highlight that, then press Circle.
11. Close the Filemanager after copying all necessary patches
12. Data Transfer.

I have just done this so I will try and help.

You need 2 ps3's to do it one on 3.55 Jailbreak (I used geohots) and one on 3.72.

On your jailbroken ps3 you need to download and install comgenies awesome file manager.

then download a patch from this forum in the mw2 patches section. A patch is a modified version of "patch_mp.ff"

Place the modified patch on a normal USB stick

Put USB in jailbroken ps3 and use awesome filemanager to navigate to hdd001 > GAME > BLES/BLUS (your game disc number) > USDIR > in there you will see the original patch_mp.ff file.

Then on file manager go to your usb on the right hand side of the file manager. Find your modified patch_mp.ff and press circle and start to copy and replace the original one with the modded one.

Now you should be able to use hack offline in private matches.

To use it online

Turn of both PS3s and unplug

Connect them with a ethernet cable

Go to data transfer on both systems

Set the 3.72 to recieve data from other ps3

Set the 3.55jb to send data to other ps3

Do the data transfer

Then you should be online with the patch =]

just get a waw or any game patch and put it on your FTP server like blackbox and transfer it

Remember to download the latest pkg files so you don't accidentally download when on 3.72 ps3 and then you have to do it all over again.
