xFLAMe_HD already has a text tutorial on how to mod the explosive bullet DVARs. We don't need tuts on all of the new perk DVAR mods clogging up the E&H section. But good work on the video,etc.

Didn't even know he had a tutorial on it. A video should suffice better than words, right? Or we could combine the two.
