For the slower people of this thread:

The devs are playing in 10x the exp so they can be higher ranked than all of you when it comes out, it's as simple as making it double exp, but it's higher for the devs, when the game's released it'll be normal scoring. Smile

More exp per kill or anything else would mean more exp per level up so either way the percentages will probably stay the same but most likely it was just for testing.
