I had nowhere else to put this, other than here. I'm just starting to get fed up that the MW2 modding community has gone from a multitude of 1.11 coders making their own stuff; to patch makers centered around helping the leechers. If we just release the good code as simple code, the leechers would be forced to learn how to input it themselves. The MW2 Exploits and Hacks section has come into moreover a request subforum than anything else...

Here... We have a thread asking for requests to help the n00bs, a repost of the thread directly under it, a YouTube subscribe thread, a patch editing help request thread, a thread requesting help going from 1.12 to 1.11, a thread offering to help n00bs put their name in a patch, and a thread asking for help with putting a patch on their PS3.

Now, that is 7 threads out of the 15 total on that screen. This is the reason the patch section goes to shit. All the threads saying that people shouldn't post like this get closed and moved to the dumpster, but those threads get to just stay and bog down the section.

This rant, is more suited to the Exploits & Hacks section, but if I post there, it'll get closed.

I miss when MW2 hacking was about getting into a Zombieland lobby. Now it's back to people wanting to unlock all challenges/camoes/etc.
