I'm pretty sure someone has a Java-based patch editor for use on a Mac. Just ask around and you may find it.

If youre good in C+ you can decompile the fast file editors rewrite the code into a .dmg file (mac format)

Its not worth your time though, just pay people to edit your patch or use Library/school PC's
