2.) Back Out And Go To Splitscreen

3.) Create A New Account And Name It Whatever You Want

4.) Turn Playstation Network Unlockables ON

5.) Start The Game, Back Out After 1 Min.

6.) Go To Play Online And Find A Game

7.) After You Spawn, Give It A Second

8.) Everyone Is Visible On Your Radar
