C. Your NAT Type

nat type is open so umm soo confussed what can I do to allow my friends to join or join there games?

A modded patch and when he is online previously with no moddes myself I could join his lobbies now that I have download effys patch on my ps3 non of my friends can join my matches and I cant join them unless they have hacks. How can this be fixed or bypassed like my mate who has hacks when I can join him????
