You need a ps3 with cfw 3.55 or lower and a ps3 on the latest ofw. On your cfw ps3 use a filemanager or ftp server and go to your directory for mw2 dev_hdd0>game>your region>usrdir>patch_mp.ff. Overwrite the patch with the one you downloaded, connect both of your ps3s with an ethernet cable and data transfer from your cfw ps3 to your ofw ps3.

1st do you have a jailbroken ps3? if yes use the jailbroken ps3 install a pkg call "awesome file manager" and plug in your usb with the patch to the jailbroken ps3, replace the original patch with your patch
