If I'm reading your question correctly, you just want to create a PlayStation Network account?
- Go here: You must login or register to view this content..
- Choose to Create an Account[/I].
- Fill in the information.
- Click on PlayStation 3 Systems[/I] on the left side.
- Click on Update Account.[/I]
- Fill in the information.
- Voila! You have created a new PlayStation Network account.
