I have finally completed my V3. I made some changes since the initial patch preview and i have removed some stuff that could make the game worse than it already is. I hope you guys like it, it took a long time. Check out the video below (the video is my Personal V3 and it has some things in it that you won't see in the V3 you download, such as the Bak Perks and Campbell perks in the quick menu).
WATCH IN HD (Im sorry about no audio, M2TS files have audio issues when running through vegas studio)
NOTE THAT THIS VIDEO IS MY PERSONAL V3, THE V3 YOU DOWNLOAD WILL NOT HAVE THE BAK PERKS AND CAMPBELL PERKS IN THE QUICK MENU...ETC)
This patch can be used when your dead (such as S&
).-Open Menu with DPAD UP
-Select Mod with R2
-Go back or Exit Menu with L2 (there is a tiny wait time when you do this, so you don't throw any smoke, stun, etc..)
-Note that dpad left and right hold functions within my menu (turning stuff on and off and switching values..etc)
-everything will return to normal when menu is closed
-Use noob tubes and everything else like normal
-NOTE That there is an additional say menu (just for team mates). Press dpad right when you are in the normal say menu, and you will be taken to the team say menu. Press dpad right to go back to normal say menu)
Whats in The Menu?
-First of all Check out the Video.. Im not writing down every single mod. (I Show the best mods in my video)
-I have removed unknown CMD
-In game Clan Edit
-A self Perk menu meant for the set perk commands (change all the perk values for yourself..explosive bullets, gravity..etc)
-I have modded model1887's (infinite ammo and as fast as possible)
-I have also modded the akimbo 1887's (infinite ammo and as fast as possible)
-set perk commands (flying, all perks, etc..) are in here and you will have to change this yourself if you want them (I have included a tutorial to help you out.. it also includes names of programs that will be needed)
-extended mags for every gun!! (check out the rangers..)
-I have some new Javelin Mods that are pretty sick (you can find them in the more mods in my patch.. and then you can press DPAD left or Right and choose which javelin mod you want on)
-added a third person Mod that will make the ENTIRE LOBBY 3rd person.. switch back and forth and make kids mad
-added stuff to my S&
menu-added all maps (including map packs)
-I have added a really cool lobby perk menu:
-----disable knifing
-----disable quickscoping
-----make all perks opposite (slow reload, bad steady aim, no stopping power,...etc)
-----disable all bullet penetration (or increase the bullet penetration)
-I have changed a lot of stuff since the V2!.
-This patch includes my own aim assist, all values have been changed!
-Force host is much better than my V2
-sensitivity menu (11-20, 100)
-ladder jump added
-The following infections are in my menu
-----all prestiges
-----derank+black screen+no volume
-----pro perks
-----aim assist and uav (move around for aim assist-->press select for uav)
-----aim assist and uav (move around for aim assist-->press start for uav)
-----uav,everyone hears you, wall hack, and some dvars in one infection (move around for activation-->no other binds and your friends can press start and select as they wish)
-----uav,everyone hears you, wall hack, and speed toggle (press select for speed and move around for the others)
-say menu (+ an additional team say menu if you press dpad right)
NOTE THAT THIS WILL HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND THAT I HAVE NOT LISTED EVERYTHING. ALL BASIC MODS ARE IN HERE. WATCH THE VIDEO CLOSELY AND YOU WILL SEE EVERYTHING)
The menu is extremely smooth (there is no fade effect when scrolling)
How to Edit? Note that when you edit this, you will lose the modded model 1887 mod, but you can learn how to redo this.
Alright well this is all tricky stuff if you dont know what your doing!
First of all you need to download a patch converter (google buc-shotz patch converter)
--open up buc's program and open my patch you downloaded and then convert it to XBOX
Download an ffviewer (google it)
--now open up the ps3toxbox patch that you just converted to xbox and you will see the entire patch
--On the left side, you will see a bunch of things with ".cfg" at the end
--navigate to CAMPBELLSGODMENUISRIGHTINHEREEE.cfg
NOW WE EDIT
--go all the way to :
////Perks Menu For Self and Friends
set SelfPerkM "bind BUTTON_LTRIG vstr SelfM;vstr SelfPerkM1"
--This is where the perk names are (you can leave them as my name if you are too lazy, but if you want your name just look for campbell_perks and put your name in instead, same goes for the other names if you want to change them to your friends instead of mine-->
this will make your name show up when you are at the self menu (You do not have to do this..You can leave it as campbell..etc and it will still work.. BUT YOU DO HAVE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:
NOTE: If You Change the Names You must SAVE FASTFILE AND THEN REOPEN THE FASTFILE AGAIN BEFORE DOING THE NEXT STEP
On the Left side you should see "Campbelll_All_Perkss.cfg"
Now click on it and all the setperk " " " " should be there
EVERYWHERE that you see campbell-04, CHANGE THIS TO YOUR NAME.
SAVE FASTFILE!
You are now done editing.
Open buc-Shotz patch converter and open the ps3toxbox patch and convert it back to ps3
Place the patch on your PS3 and select My name (or yours if you decided to edit the names in the menu), in the self perk menu!

Also: If you have issues with the file size being 100kb or something like that after you are done editing, you may need to place everything into a clean patch, which involves some more work:
You will only have to do this once and then you can re-edit as much as you want, Just make sure you keep the xbox version when you are done:
1.Download PCFREAK30 Super Space Patch (Google is your friend)
2.Open My patch After you have converted it back to xbox
3.Navigate to the left side of my patch and you will see all the ".Cfg"
4.You must rename every CFG in PCFREAK patch to the same as mine
5.Now you must copy and paste all info from each cfg and paste it into PCfreak's patch (NOTE: You must save after you paste into each cfg because when you navigate to the next cfg the info you just pasted will be reverted back to nothing. So Copy.Paste.Save. Open again. keep doing this until every CFG is the same as Mine in PCFREAKS patch
6.Once everything is the same in PCFREAKS patch as it is in mine, you may convert PCFREAKS patch to ps3 and use it.
7. The file size wont be a issue anymore and you can go online with no black screen.
ITS A LONG PROCESS BUT ITS WORTH IT. LEARN.

Thats how i make mine. I dont edit the range, there is no point. Give yourself perks (explosive bullets) and you will have extreme range and no one else will. Thats why i did it. At least if people start using the model if your host.. you can still destroy them because of the setperk commands. You can feel free to edit if you want to.

Its set to 3 seconds, so that it closes in good time. You can also edit this in the dvars if you want to

You haven't got the optimal settings for your menu, set menu closed to ^1 for each option and set con_gameMsgWindow1FadeOutTime to 999, any other values similar to that and the menu fade time will revert to the default value
