Not bad, a couple of tips:
-Nuke martyrdom won't work (unfortunately)
-Add con_gameMsgWindow1MsgTime "999" as it will stop menu fade (if you want it that way)
-con_gameMsgWindow1FadeOutTime "0.01" to stop the fading above the menu
