yea that if you are using it to move a 1.12 patch over to the ps3 for the 1.13 pkg all you do is on your usb put the .pkg file on it and then plug it in your JB ps3 and install pkg then tranfer the ps3 files over to online ps3

cool, but dont uu think you can do insted of 1.12 on 1.13 u do 1.11 and still do it without bypass?

You can just follow these steps, they are simpler.

1)Install 1.13 pkg file from the link provided
2)Go to Comgenie's Awesome File Manager
3)Navigate to right side
4)Go to: dev_hdd0 > game > your code which is written on the side of your MW2 cover > USRDIR
5)Now when you're in USRDIR move your arrow so it's pointing to patch_mp.ff
6)Go to the left side
7) Go to usb_0000 (its something like that) which is your usb
Find where you put your patch and make sure the arrow is pointing to patch_mp.ff
9)Press O (circle) then press the start button to copy the patch
10) Quit Comgenie's Awesome File Manager and do the data transfer
You now have the modded patch

BE WARNE If you do the data transfer, the PS3 which you're sending the patch to will be formatted, all the game saves deleted

Yea the only 1.12 patch i used on 1.13 was probably xChronicModz and DeadlyMoDz i like bypass now
