I think you can do it manually but not by pkg. I think you'd need to take files into the 1.13 update and replace them with a FTP server or File Manager, but you can't because you don't have CFW.

You could ask to someone to transfer data files from hamachi, or ask a friend.
You could also use a patch blocker to keep your current files and play on 1.12 still you find a solution.
