I don’t have anything specific, but it could very well be a part of the single player story. The specific reference that my source told me was that it would be “zombie based. Marines v. Zombies.” That’s the quote.

Whether it will be part of the main storyline, an unlockable level, or possibly a gametype outside of the single player experience, expect to see modern weapons tearing apart zombies in the next installment of the Call of Duty franchise.
