Why would you even need a patch as a .pkg? Just get a patch and use a file manager.

Because I don't have a jailbroken PS3
I will try to install the modified pkg with the proxy method

Well you can't do that, as it would require it to be signed with 4.0 keys, which we do not have. So no pkg file for you.
