Blue Theme Patch
This is the patch I've been working on since 1.12 came out. This patch isnt really finished but whatever... Its getting really boring modding this game. I just wanted to get this done. Before I stop entirely I wanted to share with you guys all the stuff I have learned.
Announcements:
02-09-2010 - I'll make an update soon. New themes, more regions, and a new 1.11 style menu. Also if anyone wants to help me, I can translate this patch(Mod Menu and the Game Menu). Continue to leave suggestions/bugs. Thanks.
01-28-2012 - I'm making new colored themes soon. Please leave suggestions for what colors I should use or what I should do. I can also move materials around, change font, size, etc, so please give me as many ideas as you want!!! =D
Note:
This patch works on all versions of the update. It works for bypassing and 1.13. The only thing that doesnt work on 1.13 are some options in the Debug Menu. Also, the strong aim assist was made by ME. NOT NICOBVB90. I'm getting tired of people telling me to add HIS aim assist to my patch. Theyre the same and its MY aim assist....
Game Menus
So the reason why this patch is named blue theme is because I modded most of the game's multiplayer menus to be blue. I wanted to show you guys something new so that maybe you guys can try it and make your own themes or whatever. I can change font, position, alignment, style, color, size, and some other stuff. Heres the video of my blue menus:

I made the menus different colors to make them easier to navigate through and best of all I changed the font to hudbig to give it a better 1.11 style feeling. I added a little bit of security to my rawfiles. If you open up the patch using Buc-Shotz .FF Editor you will see that only one rawfile is visible named "editable.cfg". I left that .cfg for all the things most commonly edited. I also changed the size and made custom names to my rawfiles. The other rawfiles are hidden for you to find
There are also a few modded localized assets you'll find...
Anyway here's a video of the rest of the patch:

HOW TO USE PERKS
In order to get the perks working you must edit the patch to set the perk for you. All you need to do is open it and replace "Player" with your name.
First you need to download Buc's .FF Editor(links below). Once you download it, run the app and go to File > Open and open your patch_mp.ff. Then click on the + next to patch_mp.ff, then click on "editable.cfg". Now you need to scroll down until you see the Perks Menu. Its at line 60. Scroll a little bit further down until you see the menu's functions at line 78. You will see this:

Now every where you see "Player" you need to replace that with anyone's PSN name(you can give other people perks this way). If you want to do it quick just copy and paste from line 78(set perk1) to line 96(set givePerks) into notepad. Once in notepad you can press CTRL + H and for "Find what:" type in "Player" and for "Replace with:" you type in your psn as shown here:

Now copy and paste what you have in notepad back into .FF Editor(Replace the old codes if you haven't erased them). It should look like this:

Bugs
This patch might be pretty sketchy. Like I said its not really done but I really wanted to get it out there. Please leave feedback for this patch by replying any bugs, suggestions, something you find unappealing/hate, or if you really like something about this patch.
Also I never tried the menus online. There might be rainbow colors that I left while testing.
If you can, please provide an image or just tell me what is off color. Thank you very much!I will be sure to write a tutorial soon for .menu modding which works for COD4, W@W, and MW2 as soon as I'm done mapping out all the materials.
