I always pre-order from game(uk) but in this case I pre-ordered from a dutch website (bol.com) because I wanted to get the game on release day.

I don't buy on play anymore because in mine and my friends' experience their deliveries to europe take much longer than game and there a higher % of lost packages

Yea GameStop is probably your best answer if you live in the United States. Or there maybe be some popular gamestore around you thats another good place to preorder.

Play.com I get mine about 10 days early? Well I did with call of duty: world at war anyway just watch out if your on an xbox - you can be banned of xbox live for playing on it to early.

Impossible. You won't get any game 10 days early. And if you somehow magically were released it early Microsoft wouldn't ban you then. Don't go around making stuff up.
