DO you have a jailbroken ps3? or Jtag xbox? If so just download a patch (zFrozts is good) then go to the infections or main menu and it should have UAV toggle.

Well Josh, there is no UAV hack, as far as i know, that you can create without having a modified patch on your system.
TO create a uav hack lobby
1) have 2 ps3s,1 of which needs to be jailbroken, the other needs to be on the latest FW (firmware)
2) on the jail broken ps3 install a filemanager of your choice, e.g comgenies
3) install mw2s latest version on your jailbroken ps3 via internet connection.
4) transfer a modified mw2 patch_mp.ff that has the option to create a uav infc. lobby, onto your jb ps3 via usb/thumbdrive/flashdrive/junkdrive etc.
5) after you have transfered the patch you now must data transfer from your jb (jailbroken) ps3 to your ps3 on most current fw (firmware)
6) to do this use an ethernet cable and the datatransfer utility under system settings
7) boom, re-boot your current fw ps3 and your good to go just play mw2 and open the menu (depending on the patch) and find the option for UAV infc!

if there is another way to create the lobby/ host it that is simpler then correct me. but this is the only way i know about as of now.
