you must be able to host modded lobbies on mw2 (u need 2 ps3's) there is no way to create any sort of infection lobby with out having a modified patch (as far as i know) but you can always get them from another leecher thats gets it from his friend who gets it from another leecher and so on so forth..

this imob hack isn't nothing but an infection lobby and all it does is change your clan tag to imob wow im pretty sure anyone can do that just because it has imob in it doesn't meant it the name of a hack if you want to have your own patch get another ps3 on 3.55 ofw and put cfw on it then black box to ftp a patch over then data transfer to your 4.00 ps3 then use it online simple.
