you must then install a file manager (e.g) comgenies and locate the current mw2 patch in your system file on that file manager. then via usb/file manager you overright the current patch with a modded one. after this you must data transfer from your jailbroken ps3 to one that is on current fw (via ethernet cable) then you may play online on your unjailbroken ps3 with the mods from the modded patch that you put on your jb system using file manager. if you want more info there are many threads on ngu that cover this topic in depth. or pm me and ill send you my tutorial that goes step by step.
