which update are you on? 1.11 or 1.13??

Well for a start you cant host any 1.11 patches on 1.13 that includes ZombieLand... but you can go in comgenies on your jail broken ps3 then delete the mw2 "default_mp.self" then put your zombies patch on your jailbroken ps3.... when ever you data transfer your mw2 file to your updated ps3 it shouldnt ask for you to update the patch.... if it does you did it wrong

So can i host zombieland this way? or no?

yes but you have to delete the default_mp.self
