1.12 is basically the same as 1.13. All dvars from 1.12 will work on 1.13. Common sense

Do you really think 1.13 didn't patch anything? Why would IW make a 1.13 TU for nothing? Use your brain, it's there for a reason.

The only thing 1.13 did was stop allowing you to run mw2 on your 3.55 ps3..it didnt patch any cfg mods.
